Yeah, I don't do it often, so you can imagine. It was 22oz and I think I managed to get thru about 8. The wife hates anything with loads of hops, so the kitchen sink got hammered.

Different story tonight though fellas. Howe Sound Brewery...Total Eclipse of the Hop. It's over 8% though.......go easy.

Sausage. The other white meat.
Thanks for the reminder. I need to pick up some andouille sausage for a big 'ol pot of Crawfish and Andouille Jambalaya while I'm on vacation. Goes perfect with a good double IPA.

In addition to being addicted to Italian food and BBQ I have a major jones for Cajun food. I might just order a case of gator meat from work instead of the crawfish. One of the benefits of working for a company supplying food for restaurants, otherwise where I live I'd be out of luck on a lot ingredients for my cooking.

Honorable mention goes to sitting in front of the tv while watching The Sopranos which I'm doing right now. The tv in my computer room sits right next to the computer so I can see both at the same time.

I also enjoy the lawn chair, but I picture myself spraying the kids with the hose on a hot summer day.

NoWayOut, I got to agree, BBQing and drinking beer is an all time staple place to enjoy a nice cold brew. Now I know it isn't legal in the US, but drinking a beer in the movie theater is great. Got to do that in Germany and loved it. Beer on the golf course is quite nice as well. My bro always stashes a bunch in his golf bag.

One of my go to breakfast recipes, and one that would go great with that Moa, is a hash brown skillet breakfast. It's real simple take shredded or southern style hash browns whichever type you prefer, fry em up, toss in some onions, garlic, peppers, eggs, sausage, and cheese. I use Chorizo fairly often and it works awesome. We have a few carniceria's here in town so I can get it fresh. As you said Bomm damn tasty.

Beauty of that recipe is it's completely free style. You can add whatever you want to the fried hash browns. I'm constantly changing it up, experimenting with different ingredients and different amounts of said ingredients. Mind you it'll launch your cholesterol into orbit but hell you gotta live a little.

Hobgoblin by Wychwood Brewery in England

I opened it up after a walk, so watching it pour into the glass was great. Dark red and clear. It had a pretty good head to it, but not much of an odor.

First taste was hmmmm, nice but a bit subtle. Malty and not overly carbonated. Not flat like a bitter tho and it is suits the style. This beer was fully enjoyed, but I dont think I would go out of my way to pick it up again. Just a normally good beer. Nothing to blow your mind.
