Hoping to see those Brooklyn beers here eventually. So far the closest they come are Illinois and Minnesota. I tell you what, that Dry Irish Stout set my mouth to watering just looking at on their homepage.

I've seen Brooklyn around here - tried one or two (IPA i think) and don't remember loving either but they weren't bad. Will keep an eye out for Tennant.

Hey Thanks, AW. Nice to see I've had some of those rated. Though I still consider myself too inexperienced to rate a top five, mine at this point would have to be Westmalle Tripel, Rochefort 10, Ommegang Three Phils, Dogfish Head Theobroma (or the 120 Min IPA...dunno), and Chimay Grand Reserve.

But again, I have so much more to experience. Nice to see some poster rate Dogfish Head's Chicory Stout. St. Bernardus too would have to give consideration.

At this moment I am enjoying a Grimbergen Double - nice chocolate note without being to thick. Good stuff.

Rochefort 10
Tripel Karmeliet

Those 3 are easy. After that it gets tough though to narrow the remainder down to 2.

Assuming availability, I need to have the Westvleteren and Tripel on my list of "Things to Do by the End of the Week"
