Blanche de Chamblay is quite different from the others - it's like a Hoegaarden/Kronenbourg mix and quite similiar to the Hennepin IMO. I like it a lot if you're looking for a lighter beer.

Maudite, I've only had once and was really impressed with it. I'm not going to make a rash decision based on one sample, but at the time I recall thinking it may be better than La Fin Du Monde.

Maudite and Raftman are at the top of my must have list from Unibroue. I intend to try every single one of their beers I can aside from the one time batches from the past, but yeah those two are first.

Never heard of or tried Raftman.

I've tried Ephemere, Maudite, La Fin Du Monde, Blanche de Chambly and Trois Pistoles.

I think there's a Chambly Blonde or Blonde du Chambly or something as well.

Yep there's 3 Chambly's, Blanche, Blonde, and Noire. Three Ephemere's as well, the regular Ephemere, plus apple and blackcurrant. Hmmm, at the pace I'm going here all I need is to learn Quebec french and they can hire me for their PR department. I'd be more then happy to learn if it meant getting to work with, around, and drink all that great beer they make.

Almost forgot here's a link to the Raftman...

http://www.unibroue.com/en/beers/raftman48/product

What drew me in after looking around on their site a while back was how they described that beer under style. They list it as a "Peat-smoked whisky malt ale". Tell me that doesn't make your mouth fairly water just reading that....

Smooth crisp and i believe some vanilla??? Overall very enjoyable.

Hmm, I haven't had the Rare Vos (maybe the name gives a hint as to why?). I'll have to seek it out - thanks NWO!

It's a year round brew so it's not rare, it's just really shy and hiding from you. No actually it is a year round beer, but the name is taken from a pub in Brussels. The translation from what I've read is "Sly Fox".
