Hi Lanky, I\'m new to Dobber forum but not to Dobberhockey.com. I\'ve been searching for a good keeper league to get into. I\'ve been doing pools and drafts for years and always do well. But no one has the same hockey knowledge or interest level that I do. I don\'t know anyone personally in a keeper league. So, I\'m trying to find one online. If you have room in your league I\'d love to join.

I\'ve developed a fairly complicated weight system for the different categories... Needless to say, hat tricks are worth more points than goals...

To give you an idea of how well it works, here\'s a list of the top 10 forwards from my other league (which uses a similar style) from last season:

Heatley, Dany RW OTT - 151.5
Thornton, Joe C SJ - 146.8
Selanne, Teemu RW ANA - 143.0
Lecavalier, Vincent C TB - 140.8
Hossa, Marian RW ATL - 130.5
Jokinen, Olli C FLA - 126.0
Briere, Daniel C BUF - 124.0
St. Louis, Martin RW TB - 122.8
Brind\'Amour, Rod C CAR - 119.5

Heatly beat out thornton because this league counted plus minus and goals are worth more than assists (naturally). Brind\'Amour is so high, because shorthanded points are weighted fairly significantly in comparison to regular or powerplay points, AND this league counts face off wins (for which brindy is beast).

Hi Lanky... sounds like it will be a good league.

Dunno if I would qualify, but it would be an honor/honour to go up against a knowledgeable group of guys such as yourself and those you\'ve listed. Like many others have said before, I think dobberhockey.com is the best fantasy hockey site there is, and any keeper league made up of frequent readers of this site would make for a good challenge. I enjoy everything hockey, am a committed GM and I check on my teams daily.
