Default Leddy or E. Johnson?

I know it's still early but E. Johnson is looking like a dissappointing pick so far. Should I stick with him and hope for improvement or look to trade for Leddy?

I made an offer for Leddy earlier with Clitsome (low-ball) and he countered with Kulikov, which is too steep in my books. Therefore I don't even know if he would take Johnson for him.

So I guess the first question is, who's better, Johnson or Leddy?

let me preface this reply by stating that im a huge avs fan but ill try to be as objective as possible. my philosophy is that leddy is stuck behind keith and seabrook for the forseeable future and johnson has been basically handed the keys to everything defense for the avs. he plays pp, pk, and a ton even strength. this may be optimistic but johnson should mature and evolve into a prongeresque type defenseman so id hold on

I'm an Avs fan too but I don't think it's that clear. Also, Leddy isn't necessarily behind Seabrook, he might even eclipse him and he's been Keith's partner so far. Offensively, he's much more talented than Seabrook. Probably has a higher ceiling too than Johnson but you should expect Johnson to give around 40 pts so maybe he's the safer bet.

Leddy is a nice player, still underrated in many pools. Top 4 in CHI & PP2 time.
I picked him up in my points-only pool.

But, I'd hang onto EJ. Especially with some other categories in play, I just think that EJ will put up the stats eventually. I think its too early to invest heavily in Leddy.
