I think we discussed this before and decided to keep the 5 rd. draft.

Personally I like having it go 5, but I understand how it gets annoying while waiting for a specific time slot. I think people should let everyone else know if they want to skip their pick so everyone else doesn't have to wait on them.

Maybe if it goes past 12h past their time slot, then we just count it as a skip unless they mention they will be away or whatever.
