Whoa.... Crazy shit just happened right there. Deb is a killer? Bananas. No way Batista retires. After it comes out that LaGuerta is dead/disappeared. He will most def be on the case. Next season will be good one. No happy endings here folks. Dexter and/or Deb will end up dead for sure.

I thought it was confirmed for awhile the next one was the last. I didn't think the rumors of extending it were serious.
I could go either way on it. I thought the most recent season was one of the stronger ones actually, and they sure needed it after the awful "Travis" season.
But classics should try to go out on top, and Dex is certainly a classic.

Exacccccccccctly......finally OFFICIALLY confirmed. I try to just blank out the Lumen and Travis season and pretend last season followed the Trinity year.

Combine the success and "return to glory" of last season with the fact that nothing was offcially confirmed made me worried that they were going to add another one or something.

Nice to hear its going to end this season. As much as I love this show, with the direction they took it last season and how it ended, I am not sure how Dex can continue on as the bay harbor butcher and his sidekick cop sister for very long.
