I am starting to get worried that Doughty is going to hold out. I have to name my keepers by tomorrow so I am wondering should I keep Doughty or let him go?

My current keepers would be

Ovechkin
Backstrom (WAS)
Green
Doughty
Kessel
Lundqvist
Voukoun

I could replace Doughty with Lidstrom or Clowe as a keeper. There are still big name D available in the draft: Boyle, Ehrhoff, Burns, Byfuglien, Subban.

What should I do?

I don't mean to make light of your concern over his contract but you are talking about dropping one of the elite D guys of this generation of hockey players - he will play hockey again somewhere.

I think so too...both parties are still engaged, and with all the excitement with the addition of Richards, I don't think LA wants any excuses this year. I think they will sign him before the season starts.
