Settings in League 1 in my siggy...

Max Cap = 77.5 mill

Who would keep out of these 2 sets and overall (ranking)? Keep in mind next yrs salaries and I might need to shed some next season (nxt yrs salaries in brackets). What type of salary could Benn get?

Clowe(4) or Hartnell(3.2)

JvR(2.5) or Benn(?)

This is long for a bit of context, but the question is short:

I have a glut of roughly comparable players I need to make decisions on.

15 team points only keeper. Keep 10, carry a roster of 20.

Goaltender:Rinne, Vokoun

Forwards: Ovechkin, Malkin, Datsyuk, Berglund, Steen, Ennis, Fleischmann, Eberle, Brassard, Kostitsyn, Connolly, Hudler

Defence: Kronwall, Erik Karlsson, Shattenkirk, Spacek, McCabe, Ekman-Larsson

I will certainly keep Rinne, Ovechkin, Malkin, Datsyuk, Kronwall, Karlsson and Shattenkirk.

I will probably keep Ennis and Eberle.

I will certainly drop or trade away Steen, Kostitsyn, Connolly, Hudler, Spacek, McCabe and Ekman-Larsson (ouch, but no farm system and he's a couple of years away).

So really I am left one space left for the best of: Brassard, Fleischmann, and Berglund (or also overvaluing Ennis and Eberle here?) Which player is best for me now and in the future?

They are all talented players with good upside. They also have injury concerns or TOI limitations.

Limit 2 FA signings except to facilitate trades. Points count from time of trade or FA signing. Roster freeze is NHL trade deadline. 10 keepers at end of year.

Underlined means they're on my scoring roster.
Forwards: Malkin, Eberle, Datsyuk, Ovechkin, Stepan, Jokinen, Bouchard, Kostitsyn, Berglund, Kulemin, Wellwood, Ennis.
Defence: Karlsson, Shattenkirk, Kronwall, McBain, Zidlicky, Potter
Goal: Rinne, Anderson.

Any thoughts as to why Kavalchuk rebounds?
Ennis - top line winger spot, 55-65 pts. Gerbe third line wing spot, 20-25 goals and 40-45 pts.

Kovalchuk - he's simply too good to struggle again.
