Another Ehrhoff question. This time it's a face-off against Enstrom. Given my stats which dman is the better pick up.

Hey Kevinrangers. No the points in each category are based on your ranking. For example if you are rank #1 in PIMs, the most points you can get is 130 pts, rank #2 would get 120 pts and so on.

Since hits and BS are only worth 65 pts each, the questions is more focussed on the primary CATS. That is goals, assists, +/- and to a lesser extent PIMs.

So, last year

Ehrhoff had 162 BS/HITS
Enstrom had 167 BS/HITS

That's a non-factor (I would think)

PM - Ehrhoff 52, Enstrom 54 and their career patterns indicate hope for more in the 50-60 window - so non-factor.

Ehrhoff - nice plus in Vancouver (I should think so). Will he do that in Buffalo? I would think he'd be somewhere between zero and +10.

Enstrom was -10. No real reason to think it'll be much different. Now, he was a +14 back in 2009. So, zero to -10.

Enstrom missed 10 games last year.

Ehrhoff, with a bank in his wallet, has a new Environment to adjust to. He'll be given significant opportunity to achieve. Still, it's not Sedin/Sedin/Kesler, so 40-45 points is my guess. He's clicked for 42 or more three times in a row.

Enstrom has clicked for 50 twice in a row.

Age isn't much different, for trade value.

Enstrom's injury last year, broke up a 250 or 300+ consecutive games streak. Ehrhoff sat in the stands a few times three and four seasons ago for inept defensive play.

Defensively neither is superior.

Again, they both played huge minutes. PP TOI goes to Enstrom, and you're sure of his situation. SH TOI goes to Ehrhoff. Ehrhoff is in a new town, so we can't know exactly how the TOI is dished out. We've got about 50 million reasons to think Ehrhoff's TOI will be all right though.

Take the guy you're more comfortable with. They should be back-to-back picks in an open draft.

I edge to Enstrom, because of the 'known' element.
