I like DeAngelo Williams to have a big year and same with Ryan Grant. It amazes me how much Grant has dropped in people's rankings. I also like Jahvid Best as well. He was banged up last year and wasn't quite the same explosive player in the second half. All reports have him healthy and looking great in training camp. Safe plays are Williams and Grant, while Best is a very intriguing upside play. To me, when you have an elite QB in a keeper league he's a must keep. The elite QB's are Manning, Brady, Brees, Rivers and Rodgers. I need to see once more year of Michael Vick before I declare him an elite QB. I also see Hakeem Nicks isn't being kept, that's a guy who could solidify your receiving core.

I haven't followed much football in a few years and I don't see any games due to living abroad so you wouldn't be the only 'rookie' in the pool. I'm working my way through my rankings and admittedly I've never heard of a bunch of players - some of them are pretty good. But trying to do some homework to make my rankings (I'm also auto drafting) not too horrible.
