I ll join this conversation since I am the one supposedly taking huberdeau with the third overall.

At the moment it is my pick and I have been debating between huberdeau and rundbland for awhile now. Overall I think I should take the Hub but circumstances are almost pushing me towards runbland.

I want to take Huberdeau as I watched a few of the mem cup games and saw that he was quite the player. From what I have heard he has great upside also.

But I am fairly deep at center for the next few years. I am also very strapped for cash and my D is decent but could use a guy like runbland.

Hmmmm...choices...choices...choices

I know my league is like WTF, why you no pick yet?
So this is why

rundblad.

tonnes of competition for forward spots and ice time in new york. rundblad and karlsson are the top pairing of the future for the sens.

Even if Strome makes the Jets in the next year or two (which he might), he won't put up anything noteworthy, at first.

I do agree that his upside is quite high, however.
I think you mean the Islanders.

Anyways, agree with all of your points.

Well, looks like rundblad is this years skinner, in the sense that the dobber hype machine has vaulted him up the draft boards over the course of one summer! I guess it was silly of me to trade for the 9th overall a couple of months ago thinking that I could get rundblad there

Suffice it to say that if you don't take rundblad here, u ain't getting him. So what does your team need more? I think you know the answer pitter.

yeah, I do...sorry about that. Why do I constantly get that confused! I guess it is because in my own personal mock draft I thought Strome would be drafted by Atlanta/Winnipeg.
