Yeah he had that rare mix of talent...he was quick and shifty but.he could also run right the **** over you just as easily and his compete level was off the charts, he never gave up on a play...the way he looked at it was 'i may only get 1yrd on this broken play but for that I punish you' lol

Payton had the rare combination of speed and power that isn't often seen in the NFL today. One of the best, for sure.
