Hey guys need some help, I had a very strong season last season and traded most of my early picks (rounds 1,2,3,4) for help down the stretch and into playoffs but ultimately lost in the finals. Now since most teams in the playoff hunt did this there are 3 other teams in my situation as well and 4 teams who hold most of the early picks in the draft (e.g. one team will draft 11 players in the first 4 rounds of the draft, where i will draft none). So with that in mind what should i do keeper wise going into this season?

10 team h2h league with 5 keepers.

This. I don't know when your draft is, but I would seriously try. For anyone that uses the argument "I can just draft them" you can counter with "Only if someone else doesn't before you." The theory of I have higher draft picks only works if you know who everyone else is taking.

There are lots of goalies to go around.

You are rostering 10F each though, and I'd value forward depth.
Eberle & Benn are both emerging forwards and you are shooting to be a competitor in 2013-2014.

I agree with what Pengwin says. I never really considered changing your already decided keepers, but its not like the guy with 11 picks is going to take 5 goalies. You'll still have lots of goalie depth to choose from. I'd keep the same 5.

Keeping Price is a tough call.

Might want to roll with Byfuglien and Benn. Im a huge Byfuglien fan, then again hes a big fat guy who might come into the season out of shape.

Completely agree with this.

No way you keep Price in a keep 5. Tons a good goalies available, even in the later rounds.

I also agree with Benn and Eberle as the other keepers. Benn is going to be a stud starting this year and Eberle is going to keep producing in a very potent Oilers offense.
