Huge win for the Jets tonight.

Completely dominated Buffalo to put a hault to their surge. Jets now 4 point lead on them and other teams fighting for 8th place. Two points back of Florida for Southeast lead.

Wheeler scored the game-winner tonight. Thorburn scored a Malkin-like goal. Ladd scored his 21st of the season. Little had 3 assists.

Grant Clitsome made his debut, and I like what I saw. He didn't look too shabby, made some things happen. He missed the net on a point blank opportunity early in the game.

Jets go on the road now for 9 of final 15, and will need to make some noise away from MTS Centre.

It starts with a back-to-back on Thursday and Friday in Vancouver and Calgary.

Absolutely. Very fun game to watch. Wish I'd been there.

As a Malkin-owner, I have to take exception to this. Okay, maybe one of Malkin's unspectacular goals.

Upgrade on Oduya, for sure. His post-game interview was fun too. He's VERY happy to be here.

The rubber hits the road. I'm afraid I'm one of the nay-sayers who never believed the Jets would make the playoffs this year. I'm still making those bets...

But I'd be very happy to be wrong.

Sickening loss. That's what happens when you cannot hold a lead in the third period. No wonder the road record is horrendous. They cannot hold third period leads.

Wheeler and Wellwood scored for the Jets.

Tough to beat the Canucks. For the Jets, that would be akin to punching above their weight. They kept it close and did their best. No complaints here.

And Sara Orlesky -- who wouldn't be bamboozled in her awesome presence? (I've had a crush for a while.)

I knew both road games would be tough, and had a feeling we would lose both.

It's looking really, really tough right now. I'm not sure they can win any games on the road to make the playoffs.

Jets with a huge win last night. It's always good at home.

Two more huge home games that are must wins against the Caps tomorrow and Canes Sunday.

The game tomorrow obviously speaks for itself. Cannot lose this one.

After these home games, the Jets need to finally find a way to become road warriors, it is imperative. It's the only thing that will matter.

If they can't win a single road game, they're chances are shot.

Notes-
Kane inches closer to his first 30 goal season. Just two more goals and he will be there.
Wheeler inches closer to a 60 point season. He needs two more points.
