I have been saying this all along but it appears that Adam Larsson is leaning towards spending another year at least in Sweden. Larsson is NHL ready but he wants to feel ready personally and will probably opt to return to Skelleftea for 2011-12.
His decision is not 100% but it's definitely looking like he won't force himself to play immediately in the NHL http://futureconsiderationsdotca.wor...011/#more-3059 |

It will not affect where he gets drafted in the NHL. They won't care about whether he comes in right away or not.

His decision should not affect his draft position whatsoever. Prospects aren't selected later because he might take another year to get here. A one year wait is not a big deal at all especially for a Dman

This shows maturity and patience for such a young guy.
And, according to the article, it may even be 2 years. His agent says: "Our belief is we’ll stay another year or two in Sweden".

Honestly, staying 1 more year won't be a big deal. He has a great coach in Anders Forsberg, has a great team to play on, and will now get most of the PP time now that Rundblad is gone.
