Hey guys,

I love fantasy hockey but sometimes it can get pretty crazy with salary caps, 30 teams, 80 player rosters etc, etc.

I set out some parameters in a new league I hope to set up that allows for competition but not so much where you have to know scouting reports on juinior players 400 deep.

It will be 10-16 teams, limited keeper and smaller prospects team all of which allows for teams to rally back in 1-2 years rather than 3-4. I am of course more than willing to listen to suggestions to increase uptake and participation in this.

The cost $20 - probably the same amount you would hand over in an office pool but just enough to have a decent prize at the end of the season.

I live in Winnipeg and am even more hyped about the Thrashers coming.

Limited keeper - 8 man prospect + 15 NHL players
No salary cap, Max 82 games per position.
