Who are the top 5 keeper goalies to own for the next 2-3 years, given my leagues stats? W, GAA, Saves, Sav%. And just for this discussion let's say Bryz ends up in Philly. Thanks

Luongo
Lundqvist Price Miller Rinne Rinne over Fleury or Bryzgalov as he may not get the most Wins but should be best in the other three categories (maybe not Saves but I think the difference in GAA and SPct will be bigger than in Wins and Saves)

Lundqvist,
Miller, Ward, Price, Bryzgalov/Rinne. I say leave Bryz in this list if he stays in PHO... remove him and go with Rinne if he ends up in Philly.

Lundqvist
Price Luongo Miller Rinne Probably in that order. Ward could make a case for jumping ahead of Rinne due to way higher # of Saves. |

Funny how most of these top goalies are in the EAST conference. In a head-to-head league do you try to build teams with a top west goalie and and a top east goalie it mitigate the games that they versus each other?

I think the 5 names are pretty clear:
Lundqvist Luongo Miller Price Rinne But I have no idea how I would rank them.

No Thomas on anyone's list? Actually, I'd probably rank him just outside of the top 5 also, but ahead of Ward...
Close, but maybe: Lundquist Price Luongo Rinne Thomas Miller Bryzgalov Ward Fleury Now that I count that up I see I've put Thomas inside, but I'm far from solid on it. Tough call for me. I'd say there's a break after the top 3.

Hmm, I like this.
Based on how things are now. I would agree with Lundqvist Price Luongo Miller Rinne What gives me pause is that there has been quite the carousel in Nashville over the years, but Rinne seems to be able to stick. We'll see. He did ask about next 2-3 years. My gut tells me that Bernier will jump in there somehow. It will happen either with LA or somewhere else. We may see the beginning of that this next season as he started getting more spot starts to spell Quick, but he made the most of those in the second half. Who knows, maybe even Markstrom will be in this list in a year or so. Goalies are either solid like Brodeur was for so long, and probably still is to a degree, but there always are new greats. It wasn't that long ago that Kipper was highly regarded and still is in some schools, but he's not top 5 anymore. So I will gamble and change my rankings for 2-3 years as: Lundqvist Price Luongo Bernier Markstrom Schneider I added a slot for Schneider as I think he's too good to stay with the Canucks long, but he's difficult to move as he has value and they won't want to get too little. He'l. require a decent draft pick or something of that nature, but it will happen.
