All teams have been actived, however two still need primary contributors -

Eastern Teams Remaining :

Tampa Bay Lightning
Carolina Hurricanes

I'll kick it off with a question regarding a couple of Flames.

Olli Jokenin, Matt Stajan & Curtis Glencross. What can be expected of them this upcoming season? Stajan had a below average year while Glencross had an excellent year - will it remain status quo this time around or...

So Phoenix (and recently Colorado) have been taken by forum members Excelsior and mapletreemarty. Another one is soon to follow - making the new total of covered teams to 19!

Personally I am very surprised the Pens and Ducks, among others, are not yet covered... although I know in time they will be.

Now as some of you know, our Detroit Red Wings beat writer Dean Youngblood, has been paving new grounds in the OHL section and bringing top notch quality work. In order to keep the flow going, this is a send out to anyone wanting to piggy back the work load (or fully takeover) the Detroit coverage thread. Please send myself or DY directly a message via pm if interested.

As for the preds, I could only be a part time contributor at best. I'd be happy to respond to anyone's questions regarding Nashville players, but I wouldn't be able to commit much more than that (streaks, wrap up, reports etc...).

Obviously I would love to have someone cover the Flames, and answer your initial question Gates. Before you suggest though, I have nowhere near enough knowledge, time or dare I say it, interest, to undertake this task. However, there must be someone on here that could fit the bill? Otto? UKFlames? DerekReese? A few that come to mind but who knows if any of them are interested.

Anyone interested in covering the MN Wild at all? I actually said I could do it but then decided not to because I realized lately that I don't have the time to dig up all the info, nor the depth of knowledge that a lot of you guys have. It would be interesting to hear what people think tho.

Well it is the offseason - if there would be a time to try it out, now would be best.

So why not give it a shot for a month or two? If it gets hectic, simply back down. It's a shared thing too, you'll find that members can piggyback your thoughts and have good discussions.

haha, yeah my initial question did get lost in the shuffle eh.

With another Exclusive coming out on Wednesday - I hope to see another 1 or 2 guys join.
