Glad to hear it. Yep, I echo that sentiment - it keeps getting better.

Not to get off topic but figured this was as good a place as any - October being the horror movie month that it is.

George Romero's Night of the Living Dead just started on IFC.

Great month of movies for us horror fans!

I could only make it a third of the way through that book before I decided not to torture myself any longer. Felt like he wanted to write The Stand, but was thinking about Tommyknockers and got all messed up and ended up writing some strange hybrid that didn't fit well.

I know others seemed to love it, and I generally love his books, but this one didn't do it for me. Maybe one day I'll try again.

Yeah I have heard mixed reviews about Under the Dome. I enjoyed it generally but not one of my favourites.

Oh, actually I saw that title on my wife's Kindle very recently and know that she, too, tried it and gave up on it.
She did read the 11/22/63 book this year and said it was excellent.

I thought about this thread the other day because after reading a few books in between I've finally started the third Dark Tower book. Loving it so far.

No reason for posting this other than it crossed my mind, so I want to share my favourite Stephen King film cameo:
