Default Tumbo or Zimmerman

I recently traded Pablo S. for Dempster, to add to my SP depth. I am behind in SB/R in hitting and WHIP, ERA, S, K's and to a lesser extent W. I am confident I can find speed on the wire.

Currently, I have Frazier at 3rd, but when Votto returns, he could once again be limited.

Is it now vital I try to deal Bum, Latos or Dempster for one of Zimmerman or Trumbo?
I assume he'd want Bum and would offer Zimmer first (bast on past injuries). I'd prefer Dempster for Trumbo.

Do i have to make a deal there OR do I stick with a solid staff and ride the wave with Frazier & ww pick ups??? Some available are: Inge, Betemit, Reynolds, S.Moore, Solano (sb?).....

Lots of drops for WW, Laffey, Broxton, Ogando.

Thoughts please.

I think your idea is a good one. I'd definitely try to move Dempster for a 3B. I don't expect him to succeed to the same extent with Texas. Their park is easier to hit home runs in and they'll stake him to large leads, allowing him to trade runs for outs. Try to grab Trumbo first though Zimm wouldn't be bad either.

Zimm has been hotter, but now is out with back spasms. Injury is always a concern.

I'd offer Dempster for Trumbo or...........what about my Stanton for his Trumbo?
They are similar type of hitters, but with Trumbo 3B eligible, he is more valuable to me.
Thoughts?
