12 team 5x5 H2H keeper league (keep 8). I'm in dead last and have started a rebuild, trying to shed some old and broken players.

My previous keepers:
Ryan Howard
Dan Uggla
Jose Reyes
Kevin Youkilis
Hunter Pence
Shin-Soo Choo
Felix Hernandez
Cole Hamels

Then swung a deal that landed Jacoby Ellsbury, Jason Kipnis, and Mike Moustakas (essentially for Cole Hamels, Youkilis, Choo, and some spare parts).

My current keepers:
Ryan Howard
Jason Kipnis
Jose Reyes
Mike Moustakas
Jacoby Ellsbury
Hunter Pence
Felix Hernandez
one of Dan Uggla or Brian Wilson (depending on his arm)

A contending team has Tulo (hurt) so I've started offering players to help him win this year. My latest offer included Howard and Pence from my keeper list (along with a bunch of spare parts). He has countered with either:

Howard and Ellsbury for Tulo or
Howard and Reyes for Tulo

Would you do either of these deals? I like the speed on my retooled roster with Ellsbury and Reyes and would prefer not to dip into it, although I certainly need the power that Tulo would bring. I'm leaning toward Howard and Reyes, unless you guys see another option (he has no interest in Uggla)... parting with Howard and Reyes would leave me with an extra keeper hole to fill, which I could do by keeping Uggla and Wilson or another option instead from the rest of my current roster:

Saltalamacchia, Pierzynski, Chase Headley, JD Martinez, Nick Markakis, Garrett Jones, Lance Berkman, Alexi Amarista, Stephen Drew, Mitch Moreland
Jeremy Hellickson, Mat Latos, Adam Wainwright, Jason Vargas, Phil Hughes, Matt Garza, Shaun Marcum, Mark Buehrle (although there are barely any SPs kept in this league and tons of great arms are available at the draft - there isn't much point in keeping any of these arms).

Ideas or advice?

In a 12 team league, I'd definitely trade Howard and Reyes for Tulo.

Ellsbury and Reyes is too much.

I agree. Ellsbury and Reyes would be giving up two very versatile players, whereas Howard is an aging, often injured 1B and one versatile but overrated guy in Reyes.

howard yes - but i would hold on reyes

So I sent him the Reyes + Howard offer and all of a sudden the price went up. I HATE that.

He now wants Reyes + Pence for Tulo. (Ellsbury is not going anywhere)

With my keeper list above, would any of you do Reyes + Pence for Tulo? I think it's too much personally...
