I think BUF is a team that has the pieces to gel into a fine two-way team. The Ott transaction will help and I think their D was a bit off with the Ehrhoff signing... they'll be better this year.

I know Carolina added Jordan Staal but I still think they are a bad, bad team.
I'd expect Cam Ward to get shelled again next year... and the Southeast has several teams that are only getting better (WPG, FLA, TB) and Washington could return to form.
