Every player will say that while they are under contract with a team. It may be true but you never know, as they would never admit they don't like a city. Guy would be torched right away by the fans.

Slater has signed with the Jets. A 3 year deal; I haven't heard how much yet.

Tanner Glass has said he's 85% of the way towards signing an extension with the Jets.

The Pavelec rumours are so silly it's not even worth commenting on. If there's an extended lock-out he'll have no problems finding somewhere to play. Beyond that he'll be signing with the Jets, as expected.

Exciting week ahead for the Jets. The NHL draft has always been exciting for this franchise, and no different this year with the Jets drafting ninth-overall.

A lot of mock drafts basically have us pegged at Trouba. I'm thinking we go defense as well. But depending on how the eight others ahead of us draft, I may re-think that strategy.
