the hot sheet is hard to guage overall value from. It states there is a real concentration on what are they doing now, rather than upside and the like.

Hultzen is the top of this week, and has been amazing since his 2nd start this year. I still would only put him on the 5th-10th best pitching prospect.

Just remember to take this with a grain of salt.

If you read the disclaimer it just mentions they are talking about prospects that are doing well, not re-ranking prospects.
