I am in a 12 team keeper pool which has been going for years. We can keep one at each infield position, 5 outfielders, two right handed pitchers, 1 left handed pitcher, 1 relief pitcher and 1 rookie. The points are - Batters 1 run, 1 rbi and 2 hr Pitchers wins and saves. Where do I need to improve? I finished 3rd last year and my first pick this year was 40th. We each have 3 draft picks when the season begins. They can be traded. Here is my team after the draft. The players I kept are in bold.
C Alex Avila Det C Kurt Suzuki Oak 1B Prince Fielder Det 1B Mark Trumbo LAA 2B Rickie Weeks Mil 2B Tyler Greene StL SS Asdrubal Cabrera Cle 3B Adrian Beltre Tex 3B Alex Liddi Sea OF Curtis Granderson NYY OF Carlos Lee Hou OF J.D. Martinez Hou OF Shane Victorino Phi OF Seth Smith Oak OF Coco Crisp Oak RH Felix Hernandez Sea RH Trevor Cahill Ari RH Mike Leake Cin LH Madison Bumgarner SF LH Andy Pettitte NYY Re Sergio Santos Tor Re Jason Motte StL Rookie Yonder Alonso SD |

Overall this looks like a fairly average team. The only thing that jumps out is the lack of speed. Granderson is no lock to keep running too much, and then you have a bunch of 20 sb guys in victorino, weeks, cabrera. You will need to play coco crisp to keep up with speed

Considering your P only get points for wins and saves, I see that as being a potential weak spot for you.
