dynasty league, so i can keep him till next year but only have 1 DL slot so he is taking one of the 15 bench spots i have. The RP optoins are Mike adams, drew storen, daniel bard, vinnie pestrano, javy geurra, and hector santiago. The other guys on the tail end of my bench are dom brown and jaun nicasco (everyone else is a top end prospect or part of my pitching rotation).

Notable Fa: Wilin Rosario, Ian Stewart, JD Martinez, adam laroach, mat gamel, bobby parnell, and lots of interesting pitching prospects (wheeler, skaggs, delgado, archer, hultzen, ect)

If he is a shoe in to close when he gets back next year he should be worth the stash, but am i better off adding another bat or a possible future closer like parnell

thats kind of up to you and how you manage your roster during the year. only having 1 DL spot you are sure to need it as the year goes but with such a huge bench you probly end up with many DL players there. He's no lock to close but you'd think he will. He only had a 1 year deal and it was a serious injury so I'd be hesitant to lock up a roster spot all year w/o knowing where he'll be and what condition he'll be in. Sounds like you use all 15 bench spots, so I'd probly pass

Forget Madson, it takes 12-18 months to come back TJ surgery.
Pick up Martinez.

Wouldn't bother either; more than likely will be available if you find your team out of contention and could pick him up later towards the end of the season.
