Default Trade offer- Mike Olt for Wily Peralta

Hey all, I received this offer in my 24 team dynasty H2H points league. I have an abundance of young pitching, so I'm leaning towards accepting the offer. As far as 3B, I have Kevin Youkilis on my roster and Matt Davidson on my farm team. All scoring categories are below.

Singles: 1 point
Doubles: 2 points
Triples: 3 points
Walks (Batters): 1 point
Hitting for the Cycle: 10 points
Grand Slam Home Runs: 5 points
Hit by Pitch: 1 point
Home Runs: 4 points
Runs: 1 point
Runs Batted In: 1 point
Stolen Bases: 2 points
Sacrifice Flies: 1 point
Sacrifice Hits: 1 point
Walks Issued (Pitchers): -.5 points
Blown Saves: -3 points
Complete Games: 5 points
Earned Runs: -1 point
Hits Allowed: -.5 points
Hit Batsmen: -.5 points
Holds: 5 points
Innings: 2 points
Strikeouts (Pitcher): 1 point
No-Hitters: 10 points
Perfect Games: 20 points
Quality Starts: 3 points
Saves: 10 points
Shutouts: 5 points
Wins: 10 points

What do you think?
Thanks.

Scouts see Wily Peralta as a potential No. 2 starter, and there seems to be no doubt he'll make his debut in the majors at some point this year. How good can he be? It seems like it will all come down to whether or not he can consistently get his secondary pitches over the plate for strikes. The thing that I really like about him is he has continued to improve as a pitcher over the past few years. Furthermore, he has excellent stuff (when he's on his game).

What I really like about Mike Olt is that he offers plus power AND plus defense from the third base position. But can he make enough contact to maximize his tremendous power? That's the big question. He'll never hit for average, but he has a selective approach at the plate (which bodes well for his prospect potential). He's farther away from the majors than Peralta, but he has an equally high ceiling.

I'd consider doing the trade simply because a good third baseman is harder to find than a pitcher. I think it's fair, but recognize Olt is farther away from the majors than Peralta.

Yeah, with all the pitching depth I have I figured this would be a good trade.

Thanks Mike.
