I'm just wondering who I should pick up....right now I have Meche on the DL...could keep him there til he's doing something Positive. BUT I could drop him and place Alex Gordon in the DL spot and pick up Ankiel or Jose Guillen for more pwr. Milton Bradley is available too but...never really done anything with opportunties given to him.

So my question asking for your opinions....meche gonna be descent later? or drop worth and don't sweat it? AND given soriano and Manny sitting quite a bit so far....I need some Pwr after 1st week...

PIck up who? None of these guys are on DObbers top hitters list but....just looking for potential breakout from bradley or Ankiel? Luke Scott? haftner?

I am in somewhat the same predicament... I am in a deep league with 16 managers so the waiver is scarce.. I have recently rolled Milton Bradley as one of my outfielders and he was awful so I would avoid him.. but I am also wondering about Jose Guillen? He could be very useful and add power to a lineup... If I was you I would pick up Guillen or Luke Scott and not Rick Ankiel...
would anyone out there rather drop Maybin or Kouzmanoff to pick up Guillen?

I wouldn't give up on Maybin for Guillen yet. Kouzmanoff? depends on your needs but I have no use for kouzmanoff. Guillen would have been the better choice if I had only got your opinion before lineups set. I went Ankiel...0-4 with an RBI when they score 10. Guillen with a dinger...maybe i'll swap them now.

If you need power, specifically RBI's, Guillen would make a nice gamble.

Yeah I went Ankiel to start the week but have since dropped him for Guillen. Damn it!

I'm now concerned about Sheets,Peavy and Pavano.
Are they guys you don't want to own? Pavano hot but can he last? Peavy, will he return to form? Sheets same?
