I am not a baseball expert, but I am also not a beginner with fantasy baseball. I would just like some feedback from some of the experts on my team and what I could do to improve. So far my achilles heel has been pitching. I started out drafting Wang and he single handedly lost me ERA & WHIP two straight weeks before I dropped him early in the season. Other than that, my depth of pitching has been good, but my staff aces in Beckett and Dice-K have been pedestrian. I feel that, with my depth, once they get going, I could have a very strong pitching staff.

Also, im really deep in my outfield, and with my hitting in general. With the news that Carlos Quentin is suffering from Plantar Fasciitis, which can linger all year(ask Tim Duncan), I was thinking about trading him to another team and letting him be some lesser knowing owner\'s problem. I figure that most people will see the numbers from last year and look at him as a relatively good \"buy low candidate\". However, I could potentially sell him for a staff ace or another weak position of mine. (Third base possibly?)

So, please critique my team and let me know what you think I should do with Quentin.

Your team looks like you have a lot of power to spare. I personally would hang on to Quentin, and sell high on someone like Ibanez, who has only hit 30 HR once in his career. Grant it he\'s in Philadelphia now, protecting Howard, but he\'s on pace to hit 45+ HR or some ridiculous number. Try offering a trade for an upgrade at 3B like you mentioned.

As for your pitching, it looks like it will come around, but I personally shop Dice K and Ibanez as a package for the upgrade you need. Dice K\'s peripherals last year indicated that he was due for a high ERA this year, which so far, has taken place, albeit a little extreme.
