You boyz are gonna make my decision. I can\'t.
Situation is this. Division title on the line...this is the last week. Due to injuries I\'m in a jam. Beckett is questionable for friday cause of numb arm. Winning inn\'s, k\'s and wins is on the line. I rarely win era and whip it seems and most often win those 3. Saves is one category of 6 pitching. My choices to dress 2 of the following. Beckett 1 questionable start vs Javier Vasquez Pavano 1 start vs purcey and blue jays but his fastball is like around 80mph makes me nervous. Ayala - has looked good so far and mets often use the bullpen it seems for saves. and the real question. Clayton Richard\'s 2 starts one vs baltimore chris waters and bostons tim wakefield if healthy. boston can\'t seem to hit lefties. PLEASE help.

Wow, I can see how it\'s tough for you.
I want to say Richards but something is saying to stay away from him as I think the Sox, lefty troubles aside, will demolish him. I\'m going to say Beckett (I think he\'ll bounce back and start) and Pavano cause I think the Yanks will go to town on Purcey and Pavano will have a \"decent\" outing. Best I could do, but I could see your dilemna.

Thanks Smack!
I\'m assuming it doesn\'t change anything pavano facing Parish instead. Since we don\'t win the whip and era category often, pavano\'s possible win could help a lot. The oppponents I play don\'t have much for closers so going with just Paplebon alone is probably the right call sitting ayala. Too soon to go with him. Beside Richards, bautista, zach jackson, feldman are the other 2 start options on the waiver wire. beckett and pavano it is.

If you need IP, K\'s and Wins why wouldn\'t you go with the guy making two starts? Just seems like more likely to help you there if ERA and WHIP aren\'t a concern.

Ayala would be out because of the Mets troubles. It\'s too late for my post the season is over.
