The velocity is down and he's not commanding his pitches. This is very concerning, but I believe he's overrated so I actually don't have him on any of my fantasy teams. In a one year, I'd trade him as long as you can get a top 25 pitcher. In a keeper, I'd stay the course and hope for better things. He was off to a very rocky start last season, so remember that.

It seems that his delivery is still opening up a bit at the finish. He needs to close down and through, while fully committing to his left side.

He struggled early on last year, but I've watched him for a long time. People have always been worried about his velocity dropping, but he still finds ways to get things done. He just takes longer to get back into form than others, and I think thats because he has a funky delivery. Once he gets it figured out things will be back to normal.
