Default Which 2 goalies to start in final?

My goalies are:

Bryz
Halak
Smith
Elliot

The finals are from tonight on.
Bryz has the bone ship - day to day
Halak has a "how many starts" issue
Smith only playing ok lately, but probably willp lay most games the rest of way...
Elliot - amazing shutout run, halak in next, but again, what do people think the rest of way as far as games played?

I need to pick 2...

Any thoughts? which 2

Maybe I should pick Elliot and Halak!

What are your goalie scoring categories? If you count stuff like Wins and Saves, it might not be such a great idea to run with the Blues' tandem, but if you are mainly worried about GAA and SV% it might not be a very bad choice.

I think your best bet is probably to wait out as long as you can to see what's going on with Bryz. If he's gonna be "healthy" and playing, you want him because he's been relatively hot - save for the last game - and the Flyers are jockeying for playoff position, they will be playing hard every night.

If Bryz isn't healthy, and you need Wins/GAA/SV%/SHO I would probably run with Smith and Halak. If Bryz is healthy and the aforementioned is true, then I would run with Bryz / Smith probably.

My reason being that Elliott has been really good lately, and there are certainly questions as to how many games each Blues' tendy will start down the stretch. I also think it's a bit of a risk to hedge your bets entirely on the Blues' success. If they get blown out a couple times, you could be in serious trouble - not likely, but entirely possible.

I suppose you have a number of choices, but I would wait it out to figure out what's going on with Bryz. Also, which stats you are looking to gain are very important.

If you are locking in your pick... I'd go Elliott & Halak.
It's only 5 starts, but there's no questioning STL defense/goaltending lately.

I've heard Halak is getting the Thursday start.
And they have a back-to-back to end the season next FRI/SAT.
So I'd assume Halak has 2 of the next 5 starts... Elliott probably gets the other three.

I'd take those 5 starts (@CHI, vs.CBJ, vs.DET, vs.PHX, @DAL).

Note those last two:
AT HOME, FRI to Phoenix.
ON ROAD, SAT vs. Dallas.
On back-to-back nights HOME/ROAD is typically different goalies.

In that case, start the Blues tandem.

The Blues are the "best" team in the league right now and they've put up 15 SO's. If W and SO are your only two cats, feel confident rolling them.
