I have a guy that is really looking to make a move. We have gone back and forth a bit, the problem I keep running into is I don't like too many of his players. Obviously I like St. Louis and of course he would want at least Tavares, I am happy to get rid of Stewart and/or Camalleri but do you see any of his guys worth targetting for a second half run. His team:

I like Gaborik from that list. Granted he has the injury history but I think that is why you may be able to get him at relatively low cost.

In terms of second half runs, he is tied for 6th in G playing on a pretty awful NYR PP to date - nowhere to go but up IMO.

If he is the one looking to shake it up then try starting with Cammy for Gabby - likely not enough but see what he thinks. I find Cammy to be one of the most overrated fantasy players (at least guys in my league seem to like him) and would be the guy I would be looking to ship out.

I have a feeling he won't want to give him up. Goals are often weighed a bit heavier. I know he is interested in Versteeg who I am happy to move.

I was thinking about tavares, Cammy, Stewart for St. Louis, Vanek and someone.

Just not sure about buffalo and who else on his team is okay. Not that Stewart and Cammy are great, but if I trade Tavares I want a bit of an overpayment while he is hot.

That's tough - I like the fact that you are trying to shed Cammy and Stewart for sure but am having trouble finding a deal here. I have no idea what to expect from Vanek (last 10 games have been really bad) so may be a good buy low and I like targeting St. Louis as I think he has big things coming (already starting to heat up).

What about asking for Grabovski as the last piece? Still might be a stretch though.

Also, Tavares seems to be nursing a sore wrist so you may need to see how that plays out.

I'd go for Gaborik as well. Throw him a line and see if you can snag either Weber or Phaneuf from him too. Outside chance but if this guy wants to make a deal that bad, you might be able to get two great players for a relatively cheap price.

If I were you I would be looking to unload Versteeg, but I would not move Tavares. Along the lines of Cammy for Gabby I think Steeg is much more likely to get taken and would be a win for you IMO - his eyes might light up when he sees those stats from earlier in the year.

Thanks fellas, good ideas, I have been trying to unload Cammy and Versteeg if possible. I would just unsure about the Tavares for d St. Louis. Everytime I think I will offer Tavares up I check the box score and he has another goal.

I just sent an offer of Cammy and Versteeg for Gaborik and Briere. I can dump Briere and pick someone up so I am hoping he will bite. There are a few good pickups availalbe.
