The "15 ounces" is the best name - stay with the STEAK theme.
It's your bread 'n butter and name recognition is key to working your way.

But, adjust the number of points to a more common "size"

a) Angus' 12-ounce Cuts
b) Angus' 16-ounce Cuts

I've never like 15 anyways... just makes you seem like half of a Friedmann.
If you go 12 or 16, you cut your ties to being a copy-cat of E.F.
