Should I drop any of my goalies for him?? I'm digging myself out an early season hole in GAA & SV% so I'm nervous as to whether he'd help that. We have 160 goalie starts max and start 2 goalies.

I would first try very hard to package one of your goalies and a player for an upgrade somewhere. Say Kipper and someone.

If not I would make the very difficult choice and drop Kipper. Ward won[t be on the wire for long, but Id take him over Kipper in a keeper any day of the week

I would try to get him on your roster some how. I agree with hockeyrobot that you should try trading one of your current goalies like Kiprusoff and a skater/dman for an upgrade and then add Ward. I am not sure how long he will be available though since its a keeper. Good luck!

I agree he is by far bettwr then any of your keepers imo. Maybe not this year so far but talent wise forsure. You need to find away to get him on your roster. If through trade great. If not it still must be done.
