I need to know more about him! Will he still be on the 1st PP unit when Whitney come back? What's his upside? How many pts will he make this year?

I saw him play twice this year and I really like what I'm seeing, good shot, good passing, great size, plays a lot min on the PP. Probably a late bloomer that a need to grab on the ww before someone else does!

I personally think he has looked excellent.....(being biased?) maybe....LOL
And when and if Whitney returns, I think he still stays on the top PP, has a great accurate shot. he really has replaced the previous #44 (Souray) that used to play for the Oilers.

Who do you have to dump for him?

We start 6 D weekly, and we give points extra points for PP points. PLUS we keep track of Plus/minus too.

Would anyone dump Martin for Potter? right now Martin is my spare but he has been awful....for a solid Pens team.

Thoughts?

just claimed him as a free agent last week. If he keeps producing they have to give him PP time. He was getting that time briefly when Whitney did play. Hard to gage but grab him now before someone else does and ride him for as long as he produces.

Not sure what your league takes in account but if it's pts only with bonus for PPP, I would do it but I would hesitate between Martin and Leddy!

If it's a keeper league I wouldn't even consider for a micro second of dropping Leddy for him. In a 1 year may by. Porter MIGHT stay on the 1st PP unit this season but he is not by any means the long term solution there. If it's pts only dump Martin for him.

Leddy aint going anywhere.....thats for sure. It comes down to Martin for me,

It is a keeper, but only 6 keepers allowed...so I doubt Martin fits into my keepers anyways.
