Check this out... NHL AGM. All 30 franchises are in play. Pick one and inherit there roster. OR pick one of 20 agencies. An agency is an agency with a full roster. You negotiate your player salaries with the franchises to earn your players more money. You negotiate trades to get your player on a better team, but at the same time, you are playing against the other 19 agencies in a fantasy hockey league.
