Don't overthink this, you need a C so take RNH.

Gonna agree with this. Your league doesn't count PIMs or hits which are two cats RNH will be weak in.....with it amounting to basically an all offense league, RNH is your best choice.

Of course I can, I view Tarasenko as the best prospect in hockey right now and I have for the past year or so. RNH has loads of potential but Tarasenko should step right into the NHL next year (2012-2013). He's going to be a star and I'm not worried at all about any KHL risk with him.
