Sorry for a list thread but I was wondering if you could help me rank my worst 3-5 prospects. I only care about their production from 2012-13 on so it doesn't matter much about this year and immediacy doesn't matter as much to me as does end-of-the-day value.
Scott Glennie Ian Cole Riley Sheahan Brendan Smith Nicolas Deslauriers Gustav Nyquist Tomas Tatar Evgeny Grachev Chris Kreider Jan Mursak Mats Zuccarello-Aasen Cody Hodgson Nick Petersen Aaron Palushaj Marco Scandella Ryan Bourque Keven Veilleux Freddie Hamilton Evgeny Kuznetsov T.J. Brennan Matt Read Eddie Lack Harri Sateri I also have J.P. Anderson and Thomas McCollum but I think they are a few steps behind everyone else.

I like Vincent's choices, except I'd swap Palushaj into my bottom 5, and keep Mursak.

Thank you! That helps me greatly.. I am still pretty new to this large a prospect pool so if there are reasons why those 5 are not so great that would be greatly appreciated...
I am gone for a week and I am missing my prospect draft so I have to see how many of them I want to drop to make room for new prospects. 14 team league... Almost all of the available players are 2011 draft prospects (#2, 13, 17, 27, 30, 47, 50 and 55 picks).

HUGE range of players on that list. You've listed blue-chip talent with fringe players so it makes it easy to boot a bunch of these guys.
Both the suggestions you've recieved so far sound like solid lists but there are many more players listed who could be interchangable. Grachev is pretty much a certified butst at this point Harri Sateri is a long shot Freddie Hamilton I actually had to look up (5th round pick of SJ....) Ryan Bourque (small C....longshot) You have some really great names on this list: Tatar, Smith, Nyqvist, Hodgson, Kuznetzov, Lack and Kreider. Not sure how deep your pool is but that's a pretty impressive list. |
