Schenn and Rundblad are the only guys that seem to be universal. Interesting!

Are we looking at immediacy of impact or at career peak? There's a huge difference to me.

I left out goalies just because there are always great young goalie prospects that don't have much draft hype and seemingly come out of nowhere to make an impact (Rinne, Reimer, Niemi, Bobrovsky, etc).
