Thumbs up New Development In Stick Repair Technology Saving Teams/Parents/Players $$$

Don't know how many of you know, or have seen this yet, but thought it would be useful info to share for anyone who's been spending a lot of money on replacing their broken composite hockey sticks.

Integral Hockey's developed a new process in hockey stick repair using high-tech aerospace technology. Several Jr. 'A', Jr. 'B', Triple 'A' Midget, Bantam and Minor teams have been playing the repaired sticks, with extremely positive feedback. Because of its unique hollow carbon fibre repair system (as opposed to a plug repair), there's no compromise on weight, kick, flex, or balance after repair, which is the biggest complaint in stick repair systems currently available. It's also proven to be an excellent alternative solution for clubs, parents, and players, footing the bill for costly stick replacements. They also offer a separate program where a portion of the repaired stick sale proceeds are donated to the KidSport Fund.

"This past season our organization has built a relationship with Integral Hockey that we feel is going to continue to grow and evolve in years to come. We were able to have a few of our players test repaired sticks during the season starting in practice and eventually they were used in games. The feedback from the players was great and many of them were asking to have their own personal sticks repaired to use again. The technology used in Integral Hockey's composite repair proved to be strong and durable while still retaining the feel of the original stick. The Alberni Valley Bulldogs are very excited to be working with Integral Hockey and will be having all of our broken sticks repaired to be used again."

Says a lot about the quality of the repair when players at these higher levels can use their repaired sticks with confidence, even during playoffs. This is a GREAT alternative to throwing away that favourite stick when taking into consideration, the potentially huge cost-savings in having the option to repair it as opposed to purchasing a new one. This goes for composite lacrosse sticks as well, since the company has just added that product to their repair line.
