How I see it:
Spezza>Backes (Backes is probably more valuable, but I"m relying on the "big name here)
Upshall<Simmonds (Actually, both are around the same this year.)
Gionta<Ehrhoff (Ehrhoff wins here for sure.)

With 6D that makes Ehrhoff that much more valuable. I like Backes over Spezza because of the PIMs and the lack of any offense on Ott. Simmonds/Upshall is a wash to me. I say if the offer is on the table accept, if you are offering it probably wont get done as currently constituted.
