Hey guys just read this on twitter, seems as though he got hit in the face by a puck along the boards. Doesnt sound too serious, ill pots anything else I see.

Patrice Bergeron narrowly escaped a major injury on Monday night.

Bergeron left Monday's game after being struck in the jaw/chin by the puck. He was sent to the hospital, but fortunately X-rays revealed no fractures. Bergeron required stitches to close a cut on his chin, but coach Claude Julien thinks Bergeron will be able to play Wednesday.
