The Sens are a complete mess from the front office to the coaching staff. They better do something drastic soon before a gem like Karlsson gets ruined. I want EK out of that incompotent environment ASAP.

You'll have to wait until next season. It will be a different environment for sure. But if a player like Karlsson was "ruined" because of a poor team environment/disliked coach then I would blame the player. Just suck it up and play, don't worry about what's happening around you.That won't happen though, so it doesn't matter.

The Sens need an organizational philosophy shift. They also need to improve their management, coaching staff and player personnel, which is a hefty task to do in short order. I'm not worried about Karlsson sulking over a coach, I'm worried about him being part of an organization that is a mess on multiple levels. A losing culture will wear on a player sooner than later.

It will change starting at the trade deadline. Melnyk has already talked about change; it's gonna happen. I don't think it will take the Sens too long to become a playoff team again.
