I thought he was supposed to be good?
I can understand hitting a wall, but he's been borderline terrible. Did he just overachieve last year? Or is this more of a case that he jumped into the NHL too early and just needs a little time back in the AHL? Is it better to roll the dice with a Shattenkirk (another hot start to fade)? Or a Andrew MacDonald (who is hot now to start)? If you reply; can you tell me what you are projecting long term for your pick as well? Thanks in advance for help |

I own DelZotto, and I would drop him for Shatter. I don't know well McDonald, but I'm pretty sure that Shatter will have a better career as sompare to DelZotto. He should outpoint DelZotto by 10 pts per season...

MDZ will be fine , his development just hit a snag
rangers possibly regret not seasoning him in the AHL for a prolonged period . if its a one year league then theres possibly better options |

Nicely said. Thou I would take shatts over him. But expect more bumps and even maybe a demotion for Shatts too.

MDZ needed time in the AHL. This is a good thing for him.
