I am in a 1yr Roto, and I am under pace (5 games) in D-men and need to pick someone up.

I am doing okay on goals, but am in last place in Assists, 2 assists behind 9th place, and 10 behind 8th place. So I don't need a big goal scorer, but also don't want to risk my 2nd place ranking in +/- by picking up someone who is a +/- risk.

Any advice? And who should I drop to pick up a D-man? I had Pietrangelo for the 1st few games when he was injured, as well as green missing a few games, so maybe I should just stay with what I have and with time I will get caught up?

I have Jon Quick and Cam Ward as my top two goalies and drafted Michael Leighton as my third. When he hit IR, I picked up Mike Smith. I dropped Smith now that Leighton's healthy (and Smith is hurt) but who know when/if he'll play. Jonathan Bernier was recently waived. Who's my best bet for that third goalie spot?

There's not much else available in the FA pool. The winningest goalies there (outside of Smith) are Biron and Raycroft with 6.

Any other general observations on the makeup of my squad would also be welcomed.
