Carlson, Shattenkirk, Karlsson, Enstrom and Petriangelo are all guys who you want to lock up long term on a keeper league team. You can't go wrong with any combination. I recommend grabbing two or three of them if you can.
I drafted both Carlson and Karlsson a couple of years ago before their names were known to a lot of fantasy GMs. I wouldn't part with either of them now. The sky is the limit for them. They will be top ten offensive D for the next 10-15 years. I also had the foresight to draft Letang and Goligoski before they were known and this year I drafted Ryan Ellis. He has been simply awesome as he's lead the World Junior team. You need a couple of veterans. Acquire guys like Timonen and Gonchar to anchor your blue line and you'll be at the top of your pool long term. Book it! |

#1 Karlsson should be the best of the bunch
#2 Enstrom eventually will move down the list, terribly underrated #3 Pietrangelo could top the list, scraping the surface #4 Shattenkirk the sexy pick, will come down to earth, but still great #5 Carlson best all-round player on the list, until Greens gone he will be limited They are ALL keeper studs, or at least thats what I keep telling myself.

They are all studs. The difference between them will be 10P or so. Long-term (peak) with a G-bonus, I see it as:
1.) Karlsson (18G/66P) 2.) Carlson (20G/62P) 3.) Shattenkirk (15G/62P) 4.) Enstrom (12G/60P) 5.) Pietrangelo (14G/58P)
