Default Marleau and what to do with him...

I\'m dropping Marleau for Hemsky and thinking of dropping Byfuglien for Selanne.

Any objections?

Sick of waiting for Marleau.

Do you have spot to sit Selanne where it won\'t hurt you? I\'d rather ride Byfuglien than hold an empty RW Spot for any length of time.

Think Biffy might be done. The Hawks are done.

I am not sure if I would drop Marleau you have suffered through an awful first half.He might be traded or get a new lease on his hockey life. I would be more tempted to drop Semin and move Prospal back to wing.Semin does not seem to be part of the scoring program this year and is he playing at 100%? Byfuglen well he is a crap shoot. I haven\'t checked his PP time and minutes of late. I would leave Selanne alone for now you are in a one year pool and it would take from today a month before Selanne would be producing and that\'s not enough time.
Who else is available at Centre? Umberger might be a good choice if you are gambling or Fisher if either of them are available.
Who else is available on D ?

But no objections to the Marleau for Hemsky drop? Dropping like a stone and I need to make some drastic moves...

Well Hemsky will point well with Penner and Horcoff seems to be back to his potential. Marleau seems to be out of favour and snakebit. Hemsky has a pantload of talent and a great settup man. You really could do worse. The guy in our league that has Marleau is in dead last and won\'t move him and he has Kovalchuk and Jagr so all Marleau has done is drag down the team. Hell if you ran through guys off the WWaiver wire every second day you would have got more points than what Marleau has done and take away December you would have thought he was on IR for the points he produced!!!!

Marleau only played 12:45 last night.

As for who else is available on D? I stupidly dropped Kronwall and he has since been picked up.

I could pick up both Hemsky and Bertuzzi and - due to scheduling play Bertuzzi in almost every game until the break.

Joni P is avail as is Niskanen and Rivet.

Selanne said today he will make a decision this month and he is skating now. I figure he will return for the 1st game after the allstar break.

Bert has been moved off the first line and I like the kid in Dallas Niskanen on D especially with Boucher still on the shelf. He is starting to do what Washington thought he could and with Zubov\'s hand who knows.

What other wingers are available ?
Selanne is a tough one for sure a super pickup if he comes back but to waste a roster spot is tough althought he guy in our league who picked up Neidermeyer is in first and the guy with Schneider is screwed. I know you can roll guys in and out. Nobody will probably touch Marleau so he will still be there if he heats it up. I think his pilot light is out in SJ.
