I caught portions of the game and I mean this in the best way possible, I didnt notice White much considering his ice-time. He played a steady conservative game for the most part. Him and Pitkanen seemed to be out every 2nd shift as a shutdown pair. Before the trade McBain was entrenching himself back onto a pairing with Pitkanen and getting the big even strength minutes that comes along with it, but it looks as if White has taken over that role.

It's still Corvo coming out with the 1st PP unit and usually Pitkanen or a 4th forward. I expect the Canes to lean on there top 4 dman to all play 20+ mins a night.(Pitkanen, White, Gleason, Corvo), McBain continues to struggle defensively when he's out against skilled opponents and his ice-time will suffer. I still love his offensive game tho.
